Hello,
I'm Salina, the designer and maker behind Prophetik Thread. I handcraft each piece using reclaimed and dead-stock textiles, transforming materials that would otherwise be overlooked into something meaningful and practical. Every bag is thoughtfully constructed with a focus on both function and style. No two pieces are ever exactly the same. Each bag carries its own story through the materials it's made from.
What is Reclaimed Material?

Reclaimed textiles are sourced from existing items, such as thrifted fabrics, donated materials, or remnant pieces that no longer serve a purpose. These materials are carefully selected, inspected, and repurposed into new designs.

Dead-stock fabric refers to unused fabric from mills, manufacturers, or designers that was never turned into a final product. These materials often remain stored or forgotten despite being high quality and full of potential.

By working with both dead-stock and reclaimed textiles, each piece becomes not only one-of-a-kind, but also part of a more thoughtful and resourceful approach to making products.
