We hope you love your Prophetik Thread purchase! If something isn't quite right, you can easily request a return within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Click Start My Return below.

  2. Sign in using the email address associated with your order.

  3. Select the order and click Request return.

  4. Choose the item you'd like to return and submit your request.

  5. Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions for sending your item back.

Please Note: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
