At Prophetik Thread, each piece is thoughtfully handmade or reimagined with care. We hope you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please visit our website. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable for standard returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Because our pieces are one of a kind, we are unable to offer traditional exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Final Sale

Custom orders and items clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for standard returns.
